The opportunity:
You will be an experienced corporate lawyer working as an experienced Associate or Senior Associate in the firms highly ranked Corporate Division, you'll be diving into the exciting world of M&A, private equity investments, and all things corporate finance. But that's not all - you'll be doing it in style, surrounded by a team that's as passionate about law.
Your Mission:
- Juggle your workload like a pro, all while keeping clients smiling from ear to ear.
- Be the friendly face of our firm during client interactions, because who doesn't love a good chat over coffee?
- Build bridges (figuratively speaking) within the Scottish business community and wider national and international markets. Attending networking events, seminars and generally getting out and about.
- Share your wisdom with the team because let's face it, you're a fountain of legal knowledge.
- Flex those learning muscles at CPD/training sessions, because hey, even legal eagles need to sharpen their beaks!
What You Bring to the Table:
- Scottish qualified Solicitor
- 6+ years of PQE, with corporate law running through your veins.
- Communication skills sharper than a freshly sharpened pencil.
- Team player vibes mixed with a dash of independent spirit.
- The uncanny ability to turn clients into lifelong pals.
- Confidence that shines brighter than a neon sign in Times Square.
