JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

SALARY: Up to c£45,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established firm based in the North East. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality corporate caseload. You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.
Both confident and professional, the Corporate Solicitor joining this firm should be eager to progress their career within a busy and friendly environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and experience dealing with all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm.
You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and your natural instinct will be to work as part of a team, to support colleagues to achieve their goals in the pursuit of your own success. The appointed legal professional will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors. You will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role.
