Senior Corporate Commercial Associate / Senior Associate - Essex - TOP 200 FIRM
You will be joining a leading team, and undertaking a wide range of Corporate Commercial work to include;
- Business and share acquisitions and disposals
- Share re-organisations
- Corporate Governance
- Advice to company directors
- Shareholder arrangements and Joint ventures
- Advice on Partnerships and limited liability partnerships
- Advising clients in various commercial contract arrangements
- Intellectual property matters
You will be working with an impressive client based, including high profile and complex transactions
Qualifications and Experience:
• Ideal candidates should have at least 4+ years’ post qualification experience up to a more senior level, there are a few roles in this team due to expansion and success
• Ideally experience in both corporate and commercial work, preferably in private practice or in-house experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
