We are working on a superb opportunity for a mid level corporate solicitor looking to join a commercial practice in Cheltenham to focus on a corporate caseload. The successful corporate solicitor will have atleast 2 years' PQE in corporate and will have experience from a reputable corporate team.
Based in Cheltenham, this is an excellent role for a corporate solicitor to assist and manage a caseload of corporate work to include mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructuring and partnership agreements for an enviable corporate client base. You will be working on city level work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is maybe looking for a step up in quality of work with a large commercial firm.
