We’re looking for a Corporate Support Manager to provide Executive Support to the Leader and Chief Executive and to lead the Council’s Corporate Support team which provide administrative support to the Corporate Management Team and other teams across the council.

What you’ll be doing

· Providing proactive and confidential secretarial support to the Chief Executive and the Leader including the management of correspondence, emails, phone calls and diaries.

· Leading the Corporate Support Team in providing a high quality executive support service for the wider Corporate Management Team. 

· To be responsible for a wide range of administrative support including administration of meetings, dealing with complex queries and complaints, arranging meetings and staff briefings and email and diary management support. 

Who we’re looking for – Someone with:

· Experience of working in a similar executive support role or administrative environment with excellent customer service skills

· Excellent planning, organisation and prioritising skills with the ability to managing conflicting demands and work to deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with a range of audience and foster positive working relationships.
