Job Description
The tax team at this full-service Global law firm provides transactional and advisory support to a host of practice areas including corporate, finance, and real estate. Clients include inter alia: leading multinationals, private equity houses, global financial institutions, and energy/ infrastructure entities, for whom the team provides both direct and indirect tax advice.
Following some structural changes, the law firm finds itself a tad underpowered in corporate tax at partner level and so seeks a lateral with a good bedside manner. Due to the wide variety of matters needing tax input, to some extent, the focus of the matters you undertake can be moulded to suit your preferences, however, an ability and willingness to undertake some corporate M&A tax support would be essential.
