Corporate Tax Senior in a top 100 Accountancy Practice in London! We are working closely with our client to add to their well-established corporation tax team who are looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to develop their corporation tax knowledge with the opportunity to work on ad-hoc advisory pieces. The firm is a forward-thinking practice investing heavily in people, technology and infrastructure. Their London office is based within central London, close to the tube station. Benefits You will also have the opportunity to full study support to become CTA qualified and become an integral part of a dynamic and growing tax department.Competitive pensionEmployee incentivesResponsibilities and Duties As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will be reporting to the manager and director within the team to assist in managing workflow. There are a wide variety of clients and the role provides career development and progression. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Create Company Tax Returns with supporting schedules and computationsHandle Capital Allowances reports and provide Corporate Interest Restrictions analysisSubmit Capital Gains reports and register non-resident companies for Corporation TaxLiaising with our audit team to ensure that tax provisions are prepared with correct working papers for the inclusion within the financial statements and drafting tax disclosure notes where necessaryResponding to both clients and colleagues with regards to any ad-hoc tax related queries that they have on a daily basisAd hoc research tasks supporting the wider team to deliver tax advice reports and memosAssist with various tax matters by liaising with HMRC and the firms' internal Tax Disputes Resolution teamSupport trainees and create technical/marketing content.Requirements Candidates will need to be fully ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1 year post-qualification experience and will have three to four years of corporate, personal, or mixed tax experience. Additional requirements include: Ideally with an accountancy practice backgroundDemonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, professional approach to clients and colleagues and a firm commitment to providing a top-quality service to our clients.Please note that part-qualified candidates may also be considered for this role.
