Role and Responsibilities:

• Transactional Tax Advice: Advising on a broad range of transactions, including M&A taxation, corporate restructuring, energy taxation, capital markets, finance, UK real estate, projects, and private equity. Provide expert tax advice as an integral part of transaction teams, ensuring compliance and optimising tax outcomes.
• Tax Disputes and Investigations: Working on high-stakes tax disputes and investigations, collaborating with leading disputes specialists. Handling contentious matters such as tax fraud cases, tax relief claims, and other critical tax-related business disputes.

Ideal candidate:

• 2-5 years’ PQE and qualified in England and Wales
• Tax law background, with the ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience in private capital and/or real estate is desirable but not essential.
