Corporate Tax Solicitor - Manchester - 3-6 PQE
We have been instructed on an excellent new opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor within a Top 50 Legal 500 firm located in Manchester.
Ideal candidates should have experience in tax support on corporate transactions specifically on drafting and negotiations of tax covenants and tax warranties in sale and purchase agreements. You must ideally also experience in SDLT advice and calculations and VAT advice.
The role also includes running your own caseload with support, and assisting senior members of the department with the more complex transactions. You are likely to undertake matters involving banking tax, EIS/SEIS and stamp duty.
