Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of site costings and review of existing costings including yield, giveaway and labour.
- Produce costings for new products, present and review with Site Accountant.
- Superuser of Point 74 Recipe Professor, product development and costing system.
- Creation and amendment to BOMs in ERP System (SAP)
- Involvement in the stage gate process of New Product Development.
- Attendance of Factory Trials to aid product understanding.
- Attendance of Product Taste Panels to aid product understanding.
- Working with NPD, Operations, Planning and Technical departments.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
Essential Skills
- Experience of standard costing models / costings background.
- Good organisation and time keeping – working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also use own initiative.
