Cost Engineer / Consultant - Leading Top 20 UK Specialist Procurement Consulting Firm - London - £45-55k + package
This leading UK specialist consulting firm, who empower their clients to achieve better results by optimising operational and financial performance and recently listed as a top-20 consulting firm in the UK, are looking to bring onboard a number of cost engineers to support on client delivery and partner closely with their consulting functions.
This is a new role for this organisation, where you as the successful candidate will be supporting a client base made of large tier 1 automotive and engineering firms, where you will support in optimising costs within supply relationships for example, and play an integral role in successfully supporting their transformation journey.
Being a client facing / consultant role, it will give you the opportunity to not only work with some of the leading and highly respected firms in the manufacturing and engineering industries, but allow you to expand your horizons and learn in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideal for those looking to make huge strides in their career trajectory.
In return this organisation is looking for the following experience:
- Cost systems background coupled with sound experience and understanding of accounting principals
- Experience of working with engineering and manufacturing personal on the development and analysis of cost standards
- The want and desire to be a part of a consulting environment, which is fast-paced and demanding
- Strong degree level in finance, business, engineering, IT, mathematics or Science
