Whittakers is a boutique legal costs consultancy dealing with a diverse portfolio of costs work, including commercial, human rights and clinical negligence matters. We work with top solicitors across the country, providing quality drafting, advice and advocacy. The ideal candidate will be driven, sharp and results-focussed: The Role Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies and Costs Budgets; Advising clients on costs issues; Negotiating costs settlements. What We Offer £30,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum; Remote working; Varied and interesting work; Commitment to your professional development. Flexible working: 40 hours a week with core hours of 10am-4pm. What You Will Offer A positive attitude; 18 months or more of experience drafting Bills of Costs; Drive; Good standard of written English; Attention to detail; Strong grasp of costs law and procedure; Commitment to provide a good standard of service to our clients and to acheive turnaround and billing targets; Costs Lawyer qualification or other legal qualification beneficial but not essential.
