Counter Manager | London | Beauty | Retail Management | Salary Up to £35,000 (40k OTE+)
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting for a premium Counter Manager for an iconic beauty brand based in London! The brand delivers exquisite accessory products, every day staple pieces and perfectly complementing accessories.
With a main focus on providing world class customer service; you will be directly responsible for building and maintaining great relationships in a fast paced premium environment as a Counter Manager!
Counter Manager duties include:
- Leading a team of beauty enthusiasts to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter - through business plans
- Motivate and drive team to deliver exceptional service and company expectations
- Staying up to date with the latest trends
- Having passion for beauty product and being able to demonstrate product
- Working towards KPI's and knowing how to drive results
Counter Manager Requirements:
- Experience leading a team within a beauty, fashion, footwear or accessory background
- Personable and customer focused
- Passionate about beauty and trends
- Adaptable in a fast paced, ever changing sometimes high pressured environment
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Strong communication skills
