JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-3 years
LOCATION: Sheffield

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen at this well-established national law firm for a Solicitor to join its Court of Protection team in Sheffield. The team deals with the full range of services connected to deputyship support costs and advising clients who have received multi-million pound settlements as a result of serious injury or medical negligence.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable candidates will have up to around 3 years PQE dealing with Court of Protection work and a proven track record in the ability to develop relationships with, and advise, a wide range of clients and institutions. You will be providing clients with expert legal advice and help them with all financial management matters, from planning and investments, to tax returns and accounting.
