JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 0-3 years PQE
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: Market Rate
THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join an award winning firm. The successful lawyer will run a caseload of court of protection work and you will be providing first rate legal service to clients according to their specific needs, ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures are adhered to. The appointed candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors who have 0-3 years PQE handling complex Court of Protection cases. It is essential that the candidates have strong communication skills to build relationships with clients as well as play an active role in the firm’s business development. Candidates wishing to be considered for this role must have strong IT skills and be passionate about making a positive difference to client's who lack capacity to manage their financial affairs. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your initiative in addition your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
