An excellent legal 500 firm, seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their thriving team
The firm is looking for a mid-level solicitor with solid experience in the matters such as: Mental Capacity Act applications, deputyship applications, wills, LPAs etc. You will be expected to have excellent client care skills and be able to demonstrate solid fee earning performance.
You will enjoy a healthy balance between running your own caseloads and supporting and working alongside senior solicitors, thus a good mix of autonomous and supportive working.
