As a Cover Supervisor at our school in Stevenage SG1, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of regular classroom teachers ranging from preschool to Year 6.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing classrooms during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a constructive learning experience for students
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and engage with students effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and year groups
