Job Title: Creative Director - Luxury Events
Salary: £60,000-£70,000
Location: London (3 days a week in the office)

About You:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the events industry, with a proven track record of creating high-end, impactful events for luxury brands.
- An exceptional creative mind with a deep understanding of luxury brand storytelling and experience design.
- A strategic thinker who can translate brand visions into immersive and engaging event concepts.
- Experience in managing and motivating a creative team, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client presentations and build strong relationships with luxury brand partners.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless events on time and within budget.
- Experience working with high-profile individuals and a strong understanding of event logistics and production.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the creative vision for all luxury brand events, ensuring flawless brand alignment and a truly unforgettable guest experience.
- Develop innovative and strategic concepts that push the boundaries of event design.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from initial brainstorming to final execution.
- Manage and mentor a talented team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Partner with account managers and project managers to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in luxury event design.
