We’re looking for a Creative Director to help shape and build a digital-first data and content agency in London. Initially the focus will be to serve a global, multi-million-pound client with the clear objective to add additional clients over time. THE ROLE
The Creative Director role will be multi-faceted and evolve with the agency, but ultimately, we are looking for someone to build, manage and inspire a world-class creative team that produces transformative work for clients.
In addition, as a member of the leadership team, we are looking for someone to be part of defining Looping London’s broader proposition and direction; raise its profile; pitch for new business; and establish itself as a highly respected, award winning agency.
The immediate client requirement is to get immersed into their business and brand and re-work their social strategy and creative direction; and in parallel, constructing Looping’s local creative department to deliver against that vision. The client scope includes a mixture of live event capture, planned campaigns, always-on content, reactive opportunities and influencer/partnership activations across multiple brand channels and all major social platforms. Whilst building your team, you will also need to flex your creative muscles on high-profile projects that will establish your role and set the expectation for the work your team will deliver.
