Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our talented creative team in Finnieston, Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality content within budget and timelines. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of Kyoobit's original content, upskilling junior creative assistants, and ensuring the overall creative vision aligns with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 3 creatives.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion.
- Develop engaging content for immersive experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams.
- Mentor junior creatives and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure content aligns with company goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in creative leadership, preferably in entertainment.
- Strong portfolio with projects in game engines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
