Creative Director
As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and are brought to life in a manner that exceeds expectations. Your ability to generate innovative ideas, craft persuasive presentations, and effectively communicate with clients will be instrumental in driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop creative concepts that are both innovative and realistic, tailored to client needs and target audience.
- Lead the creation and presentation of compelling decks, effectively communicating ideas and strategies to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing clear briefs and guidance to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Act as a brand guardian for key accounts, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage high-pressure situations with pragmatism and composure, finding creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various mediums and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering engaging presentations and decks.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards shared goals.
- A solutions-focused mindset, coupled with a commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Salary: £80,000
