We're now looking for an experienced Creative Director.

A Design master. Exceptional leader. Highly skilled multitasker and manager. A great Creative Director brings it all.

As a strong strategic thinker and a creative mind, you are adept at improving, spearheading and inspiring creative excellence at all levels. You have the agility to be hands-on designing when needed– coupled with the ability to direct your team of designers to successful outcomes. A believer of the power of leading from within, you help others seize opportunities for growth and play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients, our business and our people.

Collaborating closely with the Executive and Senior Creative Directors, you're comfortable setting direction and developing strategies needed to achieve transformative visions for the company and our clients. You move with change– whether that means innovating with technology to help take your team’s work to the next level or keeping a close, constant eye on the forces shaping our world now and into the future.

The Role :

You play a lead role in ensuring that we deliver world-class work, every time.

A respected and influential strategic voice, you set the agenda with a clear vision for business growth– for our clients and Futurebrand.

A natural storyteller, you excite, compel and inspire those around you– from clients to colleagues.

A trusted adviser, you’re seen as the go-to resource for tangible solutions to complex brand questions.

You have a deep understanding of the strategic direction and key challenges facing our clients’ businesses and are a strong, solutions-oriented partner.

You develop practices and processes to harness new ways of thinking and working .

You lead from within and ensure that our work maintains creative excellence and continually improves.

Curious and open, you champion team members and give them the chance to contribute.

You encourage your teams to look outward and bring that widely referenced perspective back in – ensuring that the teams and the wider agency maintains relevance and cultural currency.

You share responsibility for Account development and sourcing new business opportunities.

A resilient leader, you are confident in your capabilities and remain calm when working under pressure or with senior stakeholders.

You lean in to resolving any team or client’s conflicts by being empathetic but putting the work at heart of what we so.

You take control of the work, empowering, motivating and encouraging others to take ownership in delivering their best work.

You partner with the ECD to ensure the wider team develops at pace with the right combination of learning approaches.

You help make impactful and culturally appropriate hires.

You boldly encourage and develop entrepreneurialism, contributing to conversations on how Futurebrand can commercialise our ideas.

As a strategic business partner, you understand the key challenges facing our clients’ businesses.

You know what’s keeping them up at night.

You care deeply. Reassure clients that you understand and share their passion for their brand and business, as well as their pressures and frustrations.

You prioritize the development and innovation of Futurebrand’s methodologies and approaches, ensuring they stay relevant, compelling and impactful.

You continue to improve process, collaboration, failing forward faster and rapidly increasing growth.

You are accountable for the scope of work on your areas of business:. You ensure that practices are in place to increase efficiency, profit and creativity. • Knowing that working efficiently and effectively is key to profitability , you keep track of– and actively measure– your team’s time on the account. • You are an expert in remaining calm under pressure and support others in achieving the same. • You drive new business opportunities, where you can. You are present at public events and actively working to establish influence and impact in the industry
