The Strategy Director is responsible for delivering market leading strategies for our portfolio of global clients as well as contributing to new business pitches.

Job Description :

As a Creative Strategy & Planning Director you will work as a senior member of the JUMP team ensuring that we deliver best in class creative & content solutions that span our full 360 offering.

JUMP specialise in connecting brands to culture and you will play a fundamental role in identifying the cultural insights that lead to an unquestionable creative platform and clear creative direction. From here you will work with our team of creatives to develop ideas that span content, partnerships, influencers, events, PR and beyond, translating these ideas into a solid content plan.

You will have a great understanding of culture and how brands can fit in, in varying ways, to deliver meaningful connections with consumers and build fans and communities over time.

We are looking for someone who is well versed with social media platforms, understand how to get the best out of them and has format first approach to content.

The role will require a great deal of collaboration both internally; with Client teams, Media Strategists & Creatives and externally; keeping up to date with platform and format developments and content trends.

You will have significant experience in both pulling apart the client brief to get to the nub of the challenge, identify key insights and develop creative territories and ideas to work through with creative teams that sit on a spectrum of bravery and creativity.

You will also be able to advise on most effective distribution channel and methods for measuring ROI, beyond vanity metrics.

You will drive a positive culture of energy and collaboration - keeping team spirits high through idea inspiration and audience first cultural insights.

  • Someone who can quickly be able to build strong, effective relationships and a close rapport with clients, internal members and externals partners at the most senior level engendering a relationship of trusted advisor/partner  
  • A facilitator of ideas workshops and inspiration sessions with experience in leading both large and small groups
  • A fan of proactivity and taking big ideas to clients outside of responding to business challenges
  • Someone capable of inspiring confidence in the right solution for our clients – and able to pitch these solutions in formal and informal environments
  • Someone with significant experience working on new business pitches
  • A commander of emerging business, technology, and consumer opportunities
  • A collaborator with internal innovation teams and performance teams with a basic understanding of SEO.
  • A manager to a junior strategists to help them in their learning and development
  • Someone who ensures strong lines of communication across all lines of work.
  • A positive contributor to the development of a creative culture within JUMP
