Due to our relentless growth and commitment to leading creative excellence in global B2B marketing, we are seeking a highly experienced Creative Production Supervisor to join our global team based in Cheshire.
The Role
Digital artwork and design producer, as well as manager of technical excellence in process and quality control. You’ll be at ease working across a number of clients simultaneously and at pace, presenting a sense of control and calm at all times, and inspiring the same in others.
Core Competencies and Tasks
- Artwork and Design
- Extensive experience in traditional and digital file preparation
- Production of mechanicals/final artwork at all levels of complexity
- Image retouching
- Design work, layout amendments, file packaging, and release
- Creation of artwork templates for print production designers
- Development of style sheets for client templates
- HTML5 programming and animated GIF creation
- Logo suite and guideline creation, assistance with brand guideline development
- Understanding of accessibility and creation of accessible files (at least Level 1)
Creative Production Management
- Oversight, support, and management of creative project delivery
- Collaboration with Operations team on daily studio operations
- Act as communication link between creative, traffic, and client services teams
- Management of project expectations/requirements with creative team
- Support creative team in meeting all deadlines
- Lead quality control as final check for all file packages
- Central buying and control for stock imagery, video clips, music, 3D models, and fonts
- Sourcing and management of external production resources
- Training, coaching, and mentoring on production processes and requirements
- Management of the creative server
