Key Purpose

Client success depends on the strength of the partnership externally with your clients but also internally with your stakeholders. You will be the critical link between Client Success and Creative, interpreting requests, thinking ahead of deadlines and anticipating every changing requirement before it happens. Above all, you will understand exactly what a great creative outcome looks like and what it needs to achieve – so that you can identify the steps we need to take to make it happen.


It calls for the ability to be more than just a project manager. You need to be a creative thinker who can grasp the creative direction, understand the different formats it needs to work in and communicate in the right way with different individuals in the creative team. From websites to landing pages; from art directors to web developers; from employer brands to campaigns; from digital marketers to motion graphics, you will be the person who breaks projects down, briefs each phase clearly and keeps the momentum going.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients ensuring creative campaigns and website builds are delivered on time and within budget
  • Accurate and detailed brief writing for the creative team – proactively seeking missing information and interpreting data into briefs
  • Project and Gantt set up and management of many critical paths and key milestones with various stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure all project stages and checklists are followed, up-to-date always and tracked on Talent Works PM system (Synergist)
  • Scheduling project workload, project briefs, timelines, and additional materials into Talent Works PM system (Synergist)
  • Solely managing multiple moving parts in multiple projects at any given time with support from the Client Director / Talent Attraction Lead when required
  • Run regular creative, digital and production meetings to keep teams on track for milestone and asset delivery
  • Proofing creative decks, artwork and copy when required

  • Proactive with high levels of energy, curiosity, tenacity and enthusiasm to deliver results. The creative process always has twists and turns, so you need humour, determination and a problem-solving mindset, finding different ways to achieve objectives when information changes or gaps appear.


Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years working as a Project Manager.
  • You may come from a creative or digital agency, but what is most important is that you understand the full creative lifecycle and the process steps needed to turn a concept into an activation
  • You will have experience managing different stakeholders, from Brand /Marketing /HR /Creative /Digital backgrounds, as well as being able to work across multiple teams and multiple locations.
  • Great organisational and time management skills, demonstrating strategic thinking for resource management and budgets.
  • Experience of running your own projects, assessing ongoing project risks, escalating issues as and taking responsibility for the best outcome
  • Experience working with project management systems to manage schedules, report on resource usage and effectiveness of projects
  • Requires initiative, curiosity to find out about clients, to understand creative and constant learning
  • Working under high pressure towards deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience in using Windows Suite; PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Good technology skills (MS Product Suite; PMS)
