About the Job:
As a Creative Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding design project planning, scope definition, scheduling, and creative execution. You will manage design project requirements and direction, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the most suitable designers. Your responsibilities will include managing project task lists, schedules, and resources, as well as utilizing studio tools to report on project statuses. You may collaborate with the Senior Client Services team or Sales to prepare design estimations for future work. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
