Job Description
Experience of working on Agency and Secondary loans.
My client is looking for a min of 4 years to join their Credit Admin team covering Agency/Secondary Trades and Security Agents - Corporate loan documentation.
Mandarin for this team would be advantageous, however not essential for this team.
Process Agency business - writing agency and security agency procedures
Facility documentation - onboarding and pre-disbursement checks.
Loan Administration for post disbursements
Handle administration of agency cases and security agents.
Drawdown prior to disbursements (facility agreement and term sheets are executed, credit approval)
Verification of Pricing letter, payments memos
Experience of working in a similar bank and working on Agency & Secondary loans.
