Responsibilities

  • Review bank account and allocate cash receipts to customer accounts.
  • Issue monthly statements and copy invoices.
  • Raising ad hoc billing invoices as required.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring the collection of overdue debts.
  • Customer credit checks.
  • Proactively monitor and control customer credit limits.

Requirements

  • Experienced in a credit control role.
  • Experienced in a manufacturing environment.
  • Professional and articulate telephone manner with the skill to influence outcomes
