Job description Do you enjoy building rapport with people over the phone?Have you got experience in working in customer services previously and delivering high levels of customer care?As a Credit Controller you will participate in the delivery of high quality debt recovery services for the lettings services team.Duties will include:To carry out administrative tasks associated with debt recovery services of tenanted properties. The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and the role will involve extensive customer interactions working to continually evolve and improve our service in line with our customers' expectations.To ensure the financial (and certain other) data maintained in the Property management system is both accurate and up to dateMinimise unpaid rent by rigorous application of the arrears procedure.To deliver high quality client accounting services to clientsTo produce client arrears reports as requiredMonthly reporting to Lettings Senior Credit Controller and Lettings Services ManagerReconciliation of tenancy accounts - liaising with Government Agencies as necessaryPrepare legal cases and liaise with Solicitors regarding possessionReport to Clients and Property ManagersReview unposted receipts, investigate and resolve any unidentified itemsProcess credit/debit card payments through our online systemDay to day management of tenant accountsSkills and epxerience:Good computer literacyStrong customer service and general administration skillsTrust We are open and honestRespect We seek an inclusive environment which promotes empathy and care for each otherIntegrity We have strong and moral principles.
