Credit Control Team Lead

Reporting to the credit manager, you will play an essential role in the smooth functioning of the credit team:
- Pro-active cash collection throughout the month.
- Creating and continually improving procedures and processes.
- Development of team through mentoring and support – setting KPI’s/targets.
- Prepare monthly credit performance reports for management pack.
- Promoting excellent customer service at all times within the team.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior credit control role.
- Ideally some experience with people management.
- Capable of adhering to reporting deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can liaise with staff of all levels.
- Solution orientated approach.
