Established in 1980 we have four decades of wide-ranging experience working with clients throughout the UK.
The Role
A fixed term opportunity for maternity cover to join a well-established finance team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. The role has an immediate start to ensure a seamless handover. This is a flexible role (full time or part-time that could suit school hours for those with childcare responsibilities) located at our modern Honley offices working alongside and under the supervision of our Head of Finance and Financial Controller in a friendly, fast paced environment where you will be fully supported.
A varied role including:
Sales Ledger
raising invoices/credit notes
Dealing with Client queries
Credit control responsibility
Daily Bank Reconciliation
Assisting with processing & paying supplier invoices
Dealing with Supplier queries
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Additional miscellaneous financial duties as and when required
Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 2 years experience of working in accounts, ideally in a sales ledger / credit control role
Proficient user of MS Office
Experience working with Sage 50
Thrives on being part of a successful team
Personable with excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure with a can-do attitude.
Diligent with great attention to detail
