Title: Credit Hire Litigator

Salary: Upto £35,000

They are currently seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to join their expanding team in Liverpool. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated fast track and multi-track credit hire cases, working closely with clients and credit hire companies to achieve the best outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have previous Credit Hire experience, with the ability to handle a full caseload of RTA claims from commencement to trial. Strong knowledge of case law, the MOJ protocol, and CPR is essential, as well as experience with Proclaim or other case management systems. You should be organised, target-driven, and committed to maintaining high standards of client care, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
