This role is an excellent opportunity to have a real impact in a really unique lender. You’d get the rare opportunity to work across a range of projects, getting real breadth in your work and excellent exposure to senior people in the business whilst helping set the growth plan of the company.
THE COMPANY
We’re working with an exciting lender that are in a rapid period of growth. They are well established in their lending and are now looking to grow out their analytics function, with the opportunity to really influence the direction of the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone to really add value and progress into the long term, helping a business with ethical and environmental lending at the forefront of their work.
THE ROLE
Within this, you can expect to work on:
- Developing lending strategies and broader insight into their lending book and portfolio performance
- Utilising a broad range of data sources to enhance lending decisioning and pricing for customers
- Optimising and enhancing the existing decision engine to improve lending decisioning
- Working closely to analyse and monitor customer data to identify new business opportunities and space for growth
- Opportunity to build out the wider analytics function as the business grows
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Background in consumer lending is essential
- Prior experience in credit risk strategy, portfolio analytics or broader credit risk analytics
- Good experience working with and understanding CRA data
- Experience using SAS, SQL, Python or R
