The Company
I am hiring a Credit Risk MI Lead for a UK-leading Challenger Bank who has a huge focus on customer experience. They have had huge growth over the past decade and have new exciting growth areas across the consumer finance area of the business.

The Role
As a Credit Risk MI Analyst, you will be:
- Reporting on BAU, trends and insights across credit risk portfolios
- Supporting with the development of credit risk strategies
- Updating credit risk reporting packs across the bank
- Supporting the building out and development of the MI function
- Assisting with the migration of data to new databases using SQL
Your skills and experience
To be successful as a Credit Risk MI Analyst, you will need:
- Strong experience with SAS and/or SQL
- Experience working with credit risk reporting
- Experience working in financial services (ideally a Bank)
- Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- A numeric degree from a top university
