Crime / Regulatory Solicitor - Suffolk / East Anglia -
An exciting opportunity for a crime solicitor with at least 2 Years PQE to establish themselves at a successful regional firm.
The role will involve dealing with a plethora of privately instructed criminal and regulatory matters acting on behalf of both individuals and businesses. You will be managing your own crime caseload in addition to working collaboratively in supporting the senior partners in the department. As such you will require a solid background in a wide range of criminal and regulatory matters.
Typical duties and responsibilities will include meeting clients and providing first class advice, conducting advocacy in the Magistrates Court, instructing and liaising with counsel and attending interviews with enforcement agencies.
