A global media comapny are looking to recruit a CRM Manager contractor with Braze experience on an initial 8 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies using Braze to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Segment customer data and personalize communications to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
- Create automated workflows and campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive customers.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer engagement to continuously improve our strategies.
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience managing CRM initiatives, preferably in a media or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Braze or similar CRM platforms, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative strategies to engage and delight customers.
