CRM MANAGER - HIGHER EDUCATION (CONTRACT)
£300-400 PER DAY - INSIDE IR35

A leading University is looking for a CRM Manager to maintain and develop the Dynamics CRM platform, as well as to contribute valuable insights & analysis across students, courses and admissions.

THE ROLE:

As a CRM Manager, you will be helping to manage the Dynamics 365 CRM system, junior employees, as well as providing analysis on ROI for Campaigns;

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Maintain & Develop the Dynamics 365 CRM
• Mapping the data journey to create an end-to-end Customer Journey
• Manipulating the data and producing sophisticated insights across activity
• Utilise Gecko Engage for sophisticated insights across ROI, Conversion & Retention

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• Recent, relevant experience working with Higher Education data is a must
• Experience managing CRM systems - specifically Dynamics 365
• Ability to perform complex data mapping
• Advanced Insight & Analytical skills; capable of developing sophisticated insights and recommendations from data
• Experience with Gecko Engage is a bonus

THE BENEFITS:

The successful CRM Manager will receive between £300 and £400 per day over an initial 3-month period.
