This is a chance to join a passionate, innovative team that are looking to take on a challenge and help support the company and it’s growth on the start of their journey.You will be joining up the marketing team which have massive plans to grow over the next year, this role will also be predominantly based in the office with 1 day a week working from home, with the option to become more flexible after the probation period.They’re looking for a CRM expert that has an analytical mindset and is very data focussed! You will be passionate about all things Digital, and CRM related.The benefits you will receive are:25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday offFree Gym membershipCycle to Work schemeGreat working environment in the city centre with lot’s of social eventsTraining and development plansFlexible working availablePension plansYou will be responsible for:Increased the engagement and activation of all registered Clients/DriversBuild up a CRM function from scratch within the business whilst identifying key segments and set up the campaign’s automationsBe responsible for designing and implement customer advocacy programmes in order to promote business visibility.Execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect driver and customer lifecycle, using a activation and retention strategyPresent ideas to the key stakeholders and communicate with all Senior Leaders about the marketing strategies, programmes and budgets in order to come up with the final strategy.Be responsible for creating captivating content and have an eye for detail whilst proofreading both online and offline communicationsManaging and reporting on both a campaigns performance and it’s overall marketing activity, to ensure you can make accurate recommendations to develop the approach and improve on ROIDevelop a deep understanding of the companies’ key services and be able to create targeted content for both the Customers and DriversAbout you:Have at least 3 years’ experience working within CRM or a Campaign Marketing focussed role.Experience using an email service provider e.g. Zoho CampaignsGood understanding and experience of using Analytical tools and have a proven track record of leveraging customer data and insights to create further marketing opportunitiesBe very resilient and have a positive attitude in order to build on relationships and work collaborating within a cross functional teamHave excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multitask and focus on simultaneous projects on timeHave a deep understanding of both online and offline marketing communication disciplinesA team player that can work confidently on their own and also as a team.If this role sounds like a good fit for yourself then please apply.
