As a Marketing Automation Consultant , you'll be at the heart of client success, overseeing everything from strategic project development to operational support and solution building. Your goal will be to align with client objectives, optimise their marketing technology investments, and deliver tangible value that drives their growth. You'll bring your technical skills, strategic insights, and problem-solving ability to various industries and projects, making a real impact while contributing to an exceptional team. Project Development: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with goals and criteria. Client Management: Lead day-to-day relationships with clients, collaborating to deliver projects on time and within budget. Consistently deliver value through billable work, while strategically growing and realigning accounts. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution. Maintain and support CRM platform integrations, assisting with system expansions as needed. Campaign Performance: Analyse and report campaign metrics to enhance marketing strategies and outcomes. Marketing Automation: Lead Marketo automation efforts, implementing best practices and driving success. Training Workshops: Confidently design and lead Marketo training sessions for users at all levels. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to boost productivity, conversion, and ROI. Manage Marketo and CRM operations, including lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and data cleansing. Experience or studies in marketing, with hands-on knowledge of Marketo Engage or similar platforms. Strong understanding of data management, CRM systems, and marketing automation best practices.
