Were all about personality, we have fun, and we work hard to deliver That Superdrug feeling.</p><p><strong><br/>Heres the exciting bit...a day includes</strong></p><p><strong><br/>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Develop and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing loyalty across all Superdrug platforms, including stores, website, and the Superdrug app.<br/> Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to ensure seamless execution of loyalty campaigns across various channels. <br/> Load and implement loyalty promotions for both stores and online platforms.<br/> Harness a diverse range of channels, including social media, the Superdrug app, display marketing, paid social, print, radio, and influencer partnerships, to maximise campaign reach and impact. <br/> Liaise with internal designers and creative agencies to refine both traditional and digital communication strategies.<br/> Ensure timely delivery of campaigns in alignment with business objectives and effectively communicate campaign details to stores. <br/> Partner with the Insights team to execute targeted campaigns at the store, regional, and national levels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance.<br/> Advocate for the Health and Beautycard throughout the business, driving increased participation, registrations, and engagement. <br/> Support the Loyalty & App Manager in shaping the strategic direction of the loyalty programme, staying up to date with the latest trends and providing recommendations for improvement.</p><p><strong><br/>Person Specification</strong></p><p>Proactive, can-do attitude, willing to learn, asks "why" and challenges the status quo.<br/> Marketing related degree or experience working in a Marketing.<br/> Retail experience (office or shop floor based) desirable.<br/> At least 1 years experience in loyalty marketing driven business environment beneficial.<br/> Key skills:<br/> Communication, analytical, creativity, innovative, project managementMarketing related university degree desirable.</p><p><strong>Heres whats in it for you</strong></p><ul><li>33 days holiday rising to 38 days with length of service (inclusive of bank holidays)</li><li>2 staff discount codes for yourself and a family member or friend</li><li>30% discount on Superdrug Own Brand Products both in store and online</li><li>Hybrid working patterns available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station</li><li>Company pension matching and bonus</li><li>We offer Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it</li><li>Being part of more!
