CRO Manager (Leeds/Manchester/London – Hybrid/remote) - c£50,000 - £55,000




We are looking for an experienced CRO Manager to join a rapidly growing digital agency. Either in their Leeds, Manchester or London offices. Offering an excellent flexible working package. This is a great opportunity to join a leading digital agency which is going from strength to strength taking on new clients.





You will get to lead the team to deliver high-quality customer experience and conversion improvement projects. As part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing CRO and UX strategies and campaigns, developing customer journeys and creating data-driven reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team's analytics and technical requirements.





You would have 4 years’ experience in a similar role, with agency-side experience being highly desirable. You will get to show of your skills in CRO, UX strategies, analytics, and technical abilities. An analytical approach to problem-solving is important, as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills.





You should be willing to join a growing agency and become part of an ambitious yet collaborative team. With opportunities to grow and work on exciting new and existing accounts across a broad range of client.
