Crop Production Manager | Fresh Produce | Norfolk Are you a Farm Manager or Crop Manager working in Fresh Produce and looking for a new challenge? Our Client Our client is a large family farming business specialising in cereal and vegetable production across the UK. They are a forward-thinking business that through growth are looking for a Crop Production Manager to join the team. The Role They are looking to appoint a Crop Production Manager to be based between Norfolk / Lincolnshire to support their 1800 Hectare potato and root vegetable enterprise. The role will encompass seed selection, all aspects of crop production including nutrition, disease and weed control as well as operations. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have experience and understand of all aspects of potato production as well as an insight into carrot and parsnip production. A passion and ability to grow the best crops and a detailed understanding and ability to control and monitor production costs. FACTS and BASIS qualified / or working towards this would be required.
