Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: London UK with business travel to Europe and the USA. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, AI technologies, and large-scale infrastructure management, along with strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud and AI infrastructure solutions. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the company’s technology platforms. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the company’s products and services. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, system architecture, and project management. Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven company, preferably within the cloud computing or AI sector. Strong background in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and large-scale distributed systems. Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
