Kingspan Water & Energy, part of the Kingspan Group PLC, strives to be the industry leader in driving global change in the design and manufacture of sustainable ways of storing and protecting water and energy. We provide expert environmental solutions for high performance buildings and infrastructure including: Water Management Solutions, Diesel, AdBlue, Oil and Agri storage solutions, Hot Water Cylinders, Service and Telemetry.
This role will help to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers via telephone or email. This role will require being onsite in the Gilford Road site for training and will move to a hybrid role. 15am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.Inbound queries by telephone and email from new and existing customers.
Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing including processing of credit card transactions.
Achieve KPI Sales Targets as set by the Service Manager.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.
Recording and tracking of sales.
Develop knowledge of Kingspan’s products and services.
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineers.
GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Strong data entry skills
Experience dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment.
Sales experience with the ability and desire to sell.
Excellent organisational and planning skills
