Customer Migration Consultant (B2B)
Our client is a major UK based services provider in the telecommunications domain. They are working with a customer on enhancing their B2B practice across a few key domains. We are looking for skilled contractors based in the UK to support this transformation work.
The Role
- You will be responsible for leading on technical design of migration strategies and implementing effective processes for customer data migration across our client’s B2B domain.
- This role will involve working with the customer to align on the requirements and challenges for the migration and aligning with the technical delivery teams to design and deliver the solution.
- You will be responsible for the integration of this data with the new platform, and troubleshooting and post-migration issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications transformation.
- You will have experience working in the B2B domain within the industry.
- Preferably end to end customer migration experience from previous programmes, having successfully relocated customers to a new platform in a similar scope.
- A strong understanding of data migration, regulation and stakeholder engagement.
- You must have experience working in a major consultancy, delivering on customer requirements as an external party.
