We are currently hiring for a Customer Relationship Manager. This role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service to the UK market, managing inbound and outbound communications, and overseeing order receipt processes. Collaborating closely with various departments, the aim is to meet customer expectations and shared targets. Additionally, the role involves analyzing opportunities for cost-saving measures in outbound deliveries to retailers. This requires keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to optimizing operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and nurturing relationships with retailer supply chain teams through leading regular review meetings, aiding in order processing from inception to delivery and invoicing.
  • Ensuring a service level of 98.5% by effectively communicating potential future out-of-stocks to customers and proposing mitigation options. Monitoring and evaluating customer order adjustments. Collaborating with commercial teams to develop joint forecasts incorporating supply chain insights on promotions, product launches, and range modifications.
  • Supporting the integration of a new S&OP process by monitoring customer inventory levels to identify forecast accuracy risks and order misalignments.
  • Conducting data analysis to drive continual cost enhancements, examining delivery patterns and customer networks. Utilizing customer retailer systems for seamless operations.

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Background in Retail or FMCG supply chain operations
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills for fostering robust relationships internally and externally
  • Capable of effectively conveying information to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer-centric approach, with experience collaborating closely with major retail clients
  • Experience in the use of SAP software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; including V:Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas and data analysis.
  • Competent in use of customer sales systems such as Retail Link / Tesco Connect
  • Experienced in the use of MS PowerPoint
