We provide comprehensive due diligence services to support our clients in making informed decisions and successful transactions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Due Diligence Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing the technology landscape of target companies, providing valuable insights to facilitate M&A decisions. Conduct thorough technology assessments and due diligence on target companies, evaluating their software, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and technological capabilities. Analyze risks and opportunities associated with target companies' technology assets, identifying potential synergies and challenges. Base Salary - £70,000 - £95,000 range + 60% Bonus + extended benefits package London - hybrid working
