Customer Service AdministratorJob Title: Customer Service AdminLocation: St. PaulsRemuneration: £13 per hourContract Details: Temporary, Full TimeDuration: Expected at least a Month, Starting this Wednesday the 18th September If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administration, our client's Schools and Family Department has a temporary opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department's administrative needs.Responsibilities:Support our client's Schools and Family Department with administrative tasksTake ownership of booking trips and events with schoolsAssist in rebooking and rearranging school trips as neededEffectively communicate changes to schools and handle potential hostility with professionalismFollow up on calls and correspondence in writing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailMaintain thorough records of all interactions and information discussedCollaborate with the team to log important details and updatesProvide general admin support, which may include handling spreadsheets, filing, copying, and scanningPossibility of extension to assist with HR admin duties, such as data entry and other administrative tasksExperience/skill set required:Previous experience in both administration and customer service rolesAbility to handle push back and manage upset individuals in a professional mannerStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsIn this role, you will be responsible for managing bookings for school trips and events.
