Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join a Customer Service team based in Bury. You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm and one later shift per week 9-5:30pm. In return for your hard work,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with customers and partners request and provide necessary information verbally and in writing.
  • Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into customer accounts when required.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts and payment details during contract processing.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
