Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
- Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with customers and partners request and provide necessary information verbally and in writing.
- Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conducting thorough investigations into customer accounts when required.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts and payment details during contract processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
