Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home. Your role hereYou will provide clear and thorough information and guidance to colleagues in Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure that all customer requirements are met.  You will build and maintain excellent rapport with all clients, internal and external.  It is necessary to demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, attention to detail, effective written and confident verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.Your experience and background Two or more years of customer service experienceAbility to communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleaguesExperience building relationships with key client decision-makers and visiting them as and when necessary with the Sales TeamEnjoy answering incoming telephone calls politely, efficiently, and effectivelyAbility to establish future product demand and plan supplyEffective handling and prioritizing of new, incoming sales inquiries, listening and identifying client needs, and suggesting the most appropriate solutionsCan handle deadlines and prioritize busy workload as necessaryWhat you can expect from us Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
